12 golfers , 4 nights, what a time we had, apart from golf we hardly left the villa, plenty of space for all and everything you could ask for. Outside area is fantastic and the evenings spent there were the highlight. Would 100% recommend.

Hard to find words for a wonderful experience. Eleven people (8 adults 3 children). Courtesy and complete availability for an environment of extreme beauty and comfort. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the interior space is large but the exterior is the real plus of the property.
An oasis of tranquility but close to everything you need.

This is a stunningly beautiful villa with all the facilities you could wish for. Although we were only 7 adults and 4 children, it is spacious enough for 12 adults. The large gardens are beautiful, with lots of flora and fauna and well maintained. In fact, it is laid out better than the main photo above. The star attraction is of course the large heated pool (with protective screens for children if needed). It is cleansed by salt instead of chlorine, so it is good for your eyes and body as well. The pool bar is beautiful and the hillside location offers great views and a nice cool breeze. It is also worth mentioning that the residential or pool areas have complete privacy. Although it is a rural location, we felt completely safe knowing that all doors are safe and there is a complete security system. The house has been built to a high standard, very well appointed with many extras such as a decent coffee machine, several Sonos speakers, excellent wi-fi and satellite TV in all rooms. Wiebe is a very friendly, flexible owner and a pleasure to work with. We hope to make a return visit soon and do not hesitate to recommend Casa da Rosa.

We can definitely recommend Casa de Rosa for a family stay. We were there with 9 adults and 5 small children. The house was spacious and fully furnished and certainly fully equipped. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious and the beds were wonderful. There were also plenty of cots and chairs. For the little ones it was good to stay in and around the house and in the pool. There are many stairs which makes it just a little less child friendly for children under 2 years, but the pool was well screened with a good fence around. The little ones enjoyed the warm water. In good weather you can live completely outside and there is sufficient account of shade options and there are fans. The BBQ is used with us every night. In bad weather, the house is large and there are opportunities outside to sit sheltered. The location is beautiful: It is quiet, a beautiful garden around and a beautiful view to the sea. It is located just outside the village on a narrow road. Vilamoura beach is half an hour away. The house exceeded our expectations in size, luxurious finish and completeness of furnishings. We would love to come back!

Villa magnifique! We had a wonderful holiday at Casa da Rosa. Everything was perfect. The villa is very beautiful and comfortable. Our email exchanges with Wiebe were always pleasant as she replied immediately and with great kindness. And André's reception was very warm. The location of Casa da Rosa is ideal for exploring this beautiful region. We highly recommend this villa !!!!

Beautiful spacious villa. We booked the villa for a family reunion. We couldn't ask for better. The villa is so spacious and spotless that everyone can have their private space to relax. Everything was there, from pool towels to adhesive scissors! Nothing has been left out! We had 2 babies with us, even high chairs and travel cots (and sheets!) Were there! Even made it safe by putting fences in front of us. The villa was better than described. We would love to go back next year!

absolutely stunning! Casa da Rosa was absolutely stunning, very well equipped with all modern conveniences - very well decorated and catered for all ages. The pool and pool bar were a fantastic centerpiece of the property and made our stay memorable. The location for a villa of that size was just perfect, not too far from local amenities, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Our best villa stay by far, can't wait to go back! The owners were very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Absolutely amazing villa No mistakes with the villa, it was absolutely immaculate the scenery was breathtaking and the villa itself was simply excellent. The owners couldn't have done enough catering for our large family, making it an enjoyable experience. Incredible vacation in a beautiful stay Every year, a group of about 12 young people wants to go on vacation. This year we decided for this beautiful villa in the south of Portugal. In summary, this trip was great and we are already thinking about coming back next year. The house is very modern and had many technical appliances such as PlayStation, Sonos Sound System and a large fridge with an ice maker to make the stay more than comfortable. Moreover, the environment is great, especially the huge green and beautifully manicured garden is a highlight. The view is also unforgettable, you can see the ocean. Overall, the outdoor space was our most amazing highlight. Because of the very sunny weather we spent a lot of time outside. If you want to go on holiday with a baby - no problem. Special beds and chairs are available, as well as a pool fence. Thank you very much to Wiebe for your very good and fast exchange for our trip. It could not be better. And thank you very much Andre for your support on location.

Birthday get away Beautiful villa great accommodation, the description doesn't do it justice. Andre the concierge is a lovely man, very helpful and informative about the area. As a large group we used uber taxis to get around. Can't fault anything about villa.

Wonderful villa for 3 families A great villa for 3 families. Plenty of room for the younger and older children and a wonderful location for exploring the Algarve. Exceptionally clean and great facilities in the property. A fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare family meals in the evening - and we made good use of the coffee maker in the morning. All bedrooms with private bathrooms, so lots of privacy for each group when you needed it. The gardens surrounding the property were really well maintained and gave a great relaxed atmosphere to the whole place. It all started with a very friendly greeting on arrival and everything explained to us about the property. We really couldn't have hoped for anything better, and you leave the feeling that this is definitely a place you would love to return to.

The best accommodation ever. Our family consisted of 14 people but it was not noticed in the house. The spaces and bedrooms were just so great. Swimming pool and terrace are something you just want to build at home. What the planning of everything is. The children immediately felt at home because the environment invited them to feel at home. We want to come back here soon.

Beautiful home and perfect getaway I traveled with a large group of female colleagues for our annual group trip and this house couldn't have been more perfect! The owner was always available by email and responded very quickly. He also gave us a lot of information about the house and the area before arrival, so we were well prepared for what to expect! This was a great touch. The house is actually a HOME, all necessary kitchen utensils, technology and various items were available making cooking super fun and perfect for our group. We had no transportation, but the house is about a 20 minute walk to Loule. Check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised to wait for us on arrival, it was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend this place to future travelers who want to awaken a piece of beauty every day. The house is far enough away from neighbors not to be disturbed, and has a really pretty garden with a walkway for you to enjoy in the morning or evening. The pool is heated and was perfect for jumping in, despite some rain during our stay. The addition of the sound system, the availability of towels for swimming and showering, as well as the general comfort for such a large group was really more than we could have asked for! Overall, an extremely positive experience! Stay here if you plan to visit Loule / Faro!

Casa da Rosa - simply fantastic! What a fantastic holiday we just had at Casa da Rosa. The villa really couldn't have been more perfect for our group. Everything about the property was top quality and we had a wonderful relaxing week. Because we provide all meals ourselves, we really made full use of all facilities. Things like good quality pans and sharp cooking knives are really important to us, and we were not disappointed! All the beds were sooooooooo comfortable and the showers excellent. The pool was a great size and the safety screen was perfect, allowing peace of mind with the youngest grandchildren but not restricting movement around the pool's edge. The lounge areas outside by the pool worked great for us during the day and evenings - we all played card games and board games day and night, so it meant everyone was always in the same area and socializing all the time! And the children could sleep well during the day when they got exhausted in the pool. The arrival and departure were made smooth and easy by Andre. Good job.

Un séjour de rêve! The villa is really beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are all equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. The bedding is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The exterior is sublime and the poolside terraces give holidaymakers a real sense of well-being! In short, it was pure joy to be able to stay here, the few neighbors make sure you have a good time with friends and enjoy the warmth of Portugal. Everything is ready for an unforgettable week at Casa da Rosa.

Stunning villa with superb outside space. We were a group of 2 families with a total of 11 people (from 11 to 65 years old) and stayed at Casa da Rosa from July 4, 2018 for 11 nights. We all agreed it was the most beautiful villa we had ever stayed in. It is spacious, modern, clean and nicely equipped. The setting is great because it is elevated and there is usually a nice breeze. The villa is fully equipped and is perfect for any age group with a lovely heated pool and plenty of grass space for games. We all agree that the outdoor space makes up for it, as there is an indoor bar and sitting area which is great in the evenings but also if you want to get out of the sun, a large terrace around the pool and a beautiful outdoor dining area the kitchen. Loule is a 15/20 minute walk away and has great restaurants and a fantastic market, but we generally barbecued because we all wanted to spend as much time in the villa as possible. If we can bring a large group back together, we will definitely go back.

Excelente Villa The villa is perfect for a large group, the pool is beautiful and fully matches the photos indicated on the web. The decor of the rooms and living room is minimalistic, has very good features both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, and has TV in each of the HD rooms. The luxurious swimming pool, the veranda where you can have breakfast or dinner is very nice. Very quiet area to enjoy the tranquility, very well connected the city of Loule is 5 minutes away and in a few minutes you can reach the A22 motorway that crosses the whole Algarve, 20 minutes from Faro and Albufeira. A perfect stay that met our expectations.

Génial !!!!!!!! We really had a pleasant stay. The house and equipment are really TOP. The pool and surrounding area are very beautiful. The bar next to the lounge area is just great. We really all (12) really appreciated this house which has a lot of taste and charm. If we come back to Faro one day, we will definitely return to this house. Finally thanks to the owners who are also very responsive and very nice. See you soon.

Exceptional villa This is a beautiful villa with a beautiful view. The heated pool was great for the kids as they could swim in it all day. It is a very quiet place, ideal if there are four children who make a lot of noise. No neighbors to get upset!

Ausgezeichnet - sehr empfehlenswert! We spent a wonderful week with the family (6 adults and 4 children (4 years and 2 years). The house is large and the beautiful garden is even larger! The Perfect Getaway !! The villa is even better in real life! Photos don't do it justice. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely high specifications and very luxurious. Would recommend renting a car, we used uber to get around and it was easy enough even without street names to the villa. Would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a beautiful getaway surrounded by lush greenery. Casa De Rosa is a must when flying to Faro to see the beautiful town of Loule. A perfect Villa for a perfect week-end With our large group of friends we really enjoyed the "wahoo effect" when you enter this amazing property. In this peaceful place we enjoyed all parts of this great house. That's the first time I've rented a house where photos represent exactly the place! Brilliant! es exactamente como las fotos y vídeos en la WEB The house is quite spacious and bright. It has all the accessories you need. All technological kitchen and technological equipment is of good quality. The condition in which we received the house was excellent, everything very clean and the details well maintained. Swimming pool clean and everything in order. As for the location is 15 minutes from shopping centers and 5 from the A22 except the access road. The area is very peaceful. If I had to put any downside, I would do that for the language setting of the television and accessories that were in Dutch. (Wiebe: has now been arranged ;-)
